How do you pick music to buy?

How do you pick music that you want to purchase? What makes you go "I have to have this!"

Me, if I'm able to listen to samples...well honestly just if I like it. But especially if I get a feeling while listening to it. Sort of a feeling I get in my heart...just feels like it touches me. Other times if its from a series of stuff I like then its pretty much a no brainer.

If I really really really like an album, I would buy it on CD. I want to start collecting vinyl but I can't afford it yet. Or if an album is not on Spotify I would buy it on iTunes or Bandcamp
