Honestly, I think "KIFAIL" is the only one that's really stuck .

Pork sausages, or pretty much anything with pork in it. Bacon, I can tolerate, but only because the smokiness covers up the porky awfulness :X .

Whatever Chicken 65 uses. Seems to be a mix of chillies, garlic, and ginger.

Not especially. There are some I dislike (such as cucumbers), but I don't *hate* those.

I've heard that the durian fruit is awful, but fortunately, I've never experienced them for myself .

Out of ones I've eaten, I've never really liked melons (although I'm okay with melon-flavoured things)
