Honestly not familiar with him. XD Never r ally bother much with Marvel stuff. Sometimes will watch DC stuff, but I’m most familiar with Batman.

It would be incredibly close as both are among their respective universes most skilled martial artists and are at the peak of human physical capability.

There's way too many versions of Batman. And IMO people only seem to like him because he's iconic and there's so much merch, etc.
Captain America gets my vote not only because I'm a Marvel fan but because there is more to him than being "just cool".
Also Captain America is "worthy" (see spoiler)
