I do! One of the things I look forward to when I visit my boyfriend next month is getting to play with all the doggies his family has. There's a couple that I can't play with, but four of them like me enough that it should be easily possible.

Re: Ask the Berry!
I'm quite partial to Golden Retrievers, but that's just because those were the breed I had when I had pets.

Re: Ask the Berry!
The first doggy was named Cuervo before we got her. She came with an apartment we moved into when I was a toddler. After losing her when we moved to a place that wouldn't allow pets, we got a new dog when we got the condo. I named him Cuervo Gold in honor of my first doggie.

That's super sweet.
Are golden retrievers easy to care for?

Re: Ask the Berry!
Mind you my most notable experience is from when I was around seven years old... But not necessarily, no. Mine wouldn't take a bath unless I got in with him, he was very strict about who he listened to (mostly me)... and he required a lot of scoldings not to eat snow, especially yellow snow he didn't notice. That said, he was a very sweet dog. Dad would bring him to my bus stop to threaten bullies, and whenever I got home and opened the door, Cuervo Gold would jump me immediately because he was so excited.
By the way, here's how he listened to my family:
Me: No trouble
Dad: Had to yell sometimes. Generally Cuervo was just scared of his loud voice I think.
Mom: Peed.
