They come from all over the place... but, usually, I just take one simple idea and go way over the top with it !

(Or, for the more sensible ones... they just develop gradually. Usually, they'll start out as unimportant background characters, and then get fleshed out progressively over time... Conor's a good example of this)

Those early ones were never any good, though. This is the first time I've attempted to make a proper universe .

Not that I can think of. There were things that didn't turn out as I was planning or expecting - but, even then, I liked how they turned out in the end .
