First game?

What was the first game you played?
I think I likely played some before this, but one of the first ones I remember getting and playing is The Little Mermaid from Nes. I loved that game, and still do. Though I don't think I ever did get super far in it. Fun little game though.

A donkey kong game on super nintendo 64.

The earliest game I remember playing was called
Gizmos and Gadgets. You played as the Super Solver, an anonymous and oddly dressed hero, and you had to make your way through different platform levels via doors locked by science puzzles. On the way, you'd collect parts for different vehicles, which you'd use to race against the villain, the Master of Mischief, to stop him from taking over the Technology Centre. Oh, and he has an army of monkeys that try to steal the parts you get! It was actually really cool and I reckon I'd still enjoy playing it today! I'm taking inspiration from it in the game I'm making myself.

I am not surprised it was your first game. I haven't played it, but it sounds right up your ally!
